Hi Gungeek,
I have the NP-20 in hte Philippines and was impressed with it’s pricing, the only drawback for the gun is that after firing 500+ rounds the plastic handle started to show signs of stress and later on slowly cracked, due to the internal pressure when firing. I can have this replicated by our gunsmiths here with minimal cost, would just like to give everyone a headsup on this plastic handle weakness.
@ShawnCFarm The 2 I saw both shot way high, other then that they work great..
what do you think about the Np-17 compared to the np-20? besides the price. The Np-17 is going for 199 at marstar.
@toaster89 Marstar
Where did you buy the gun from ?
Where did you buy the gun from ?
A Dynamite Pistol, tough and accurate for $229.00
@ crazyrum,
Thanks, good to know.
That is type 77 pistol, not reliable as far as I know…
I remember seeing a Norinco pistol in a gun catalog in the mid 80′s that had a squeeze cocking front strap trigger guard.
I haven’t seen another one anywhere else since then.
i like the cz 75, its look like your gun
Lol we only have russian or Soviet guns
coming from kyrgyzstan
yes, it’s completely blocked after fire before bullet completely out the barrel.
Is use a same system HK p7 : gas push a piston and piston block slide movement… when gas pressure drop, slide is free.
NP-20 is very precise for a 9mm because this system.
delayed blow-back?
Kinda ugly lol
On the NP 34 I can only assume it is good. I have the NP 22 which is a SIG P226 copy and it is worthy.
The .45 is no different. Kick ass solid.
The Norinco 1911 pistols are made from forged parts and are amazing. They make a great platform for custom work. The guns as they are are austere and solid. As far as accuracy goes they hold up to more expensive pistols. The Norinco 1911 is a fine pistol at an amazing price. I have an NP 29 1911 in 9mm and love it. Accurate.
The Norinco NP 20 uses the H&K gas retard system aka P7. It bleeds gas through a port in the barrel and directing that force to lock the pistol until the case can be extracted without rupturing the brass. As opposed to a mechanically locking Browning design. Both are good. The NP 20 is an inexpensive and VERY GOOD pistol.
It is still going strong…
How’s the Norinco NP-34?
Yeah i have fired a norinco 45 and they work good.
have you had an opportunity to fire the 1911A1 45 norinco? amazing price, wondering about reliability though
For $229 this is the best shooting 9mm I have ever seen.
